I have been training with Cortney for a year now. When I started I was 65 years old and wanted to do some weight training to increase my upper body strength. I was nervous about starting to train at my age, but Cortney was very encouraging and devised a program for me that not only accomplished that goal but has increased my core strength and balance. Cortney is knowledgeable and passionate about improving peoples overall health and well being. She is encouraging, easy to talk to and makes training fun.
