I’m 67 years old and have been training with Cortney for over two years. Not only has my upper body strength increased, so has my balance. I can now put on my socks standing up, not sitting down!
Cortney is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is always taking courses to increase that knowledge. She is encouraging and makes fitness fun while at the same time challenging me to reach new goals. Thank you Cortney!
