Small group or partner training

Many people find working out with a partner or friends to beĀ great motivation. For groups of 2-4 people who like to work out together. Includes a free, no obligation consultation, weigh-ins and measurements (if desired), and 30, 45, or 60 minute training sessions


Seminars offered in the past include: Nutrition Information Sessions, General Health and Wellness Sessions and Student Wellness.

Seminars are offered throughout the year. I am also open to attending your event.
