Small group or partner training

Many people find working out with a partner or friends to be great motivation. For groups of 2-4 people who like to work out together. Includes a free, no obligation consultation, weigh-ins and measurements (if desired), and 30, 45, or 60 minute training sessions

Throughout the year, we offer general fitness classes, outdoor fitness camps, and fitness kickboxing classes. If you are interested in a class, or have a group that is interested in a customized class, please let me know.

These change depending on the month, send me an email or give me a call and I can let you know what’s happening class wise.


Seminars offered in the past include: Nutrition Information Sessions, General Health and Wellness Sessions and Student Wellness.

Seminars are offered throughout the year. I am also open to attending your event.
