Small group or partner training

Many people find working out with a partner or friends to be great motivation. For groups of 2-4 people who like to work out together. Includes a free, no obligation consultation, weigh-ins and measurements (if desired), and 30, 45, or 60 minute training sessions

Throughout the year, we offer general fitness classes, outdoor fitness camps, and fitness kickboxing classes. If you are interested in a class, or have a group that is interested in a customized class, please let me know.


JUNE 12th to JULY 12th (10 Classes)

Monday & Wednesday:  7:15pm-8:00pm

Classes will be held outside on the Burman University Campus.



JUNE 15TH TO JULY 20TH (6 Classes)

Thursday Mornings: 9:00am-10:00am

$80.00/ Person

The class is run in a partner style workout. You will learn basic technique and get in a great, fun workout. Coordination or previous experience is not required.

Class size is limited, but contact me if you are interested as if one class fills up we can look at a second.

Classes will be held in Room 214 upstairs in the Burman University PE Center. You do not need to have a gym membership to attend.



Seminars offered in the past include: Nutrition Information Sessions, General Health and Wellness Sessions and Student Wellness.

Seminars are offered throughout the year. I am also open to attending your event.

Learn some great nutrition tips, that will help you with your daily health as well as help you survive the summer goodies. You will receive a booklet of the information covered. This is a great resource for anyone who has any questions about the ins and outs of nutrition.

You can preregister or drop in is available at the door (Cash Only)

The class will be held in Room 213 upstairs in the Burman University PE Center.
