Not everyone can just walk into the gym and give me 20 push ups, and I don’t expect you to. I can modify your program so that you can gradually build up for confidence and your fitness.

Maintain Your Independence.

Many of my clients are 50 plus and are looking for a program that will help them maintain their daily lifestyle. The idea of seeing a personal trainer in a weight room can be terrifying, but I work to ensure that you feel comfortable and successful with your fitness program.

Post-Physio/Injury Rehabilitation.

If you have completed physiotherapy, or have an old injury and are looking to strengthen or maintain function, I am trained in Adapted Physical Education to help you work towards your fitness goals.
